1. What kinds of shipping methods you offer?

• Right now, we offer standard courier shipping for all orders. Standard
  shipping typically takes between 2-8 working days depending on your
  Pin-Code and location.

2. How much does shipping cost?

• We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders above Rs 1500/- pre tax
  value per order. Orders below that will be charged –
  ◦ Rs 55/- Within Bangalore City
  ◦ Rs 65/- South India
  ◦ Rs 75/- Rest of India
  ◦ Rs 100/- NE, JK and Special Zones

3. Do you ship internationally?

• At the moment we do not ship internationally.

1. When will my order ship?

• Once you place your order, we start working on it right away! Shipping
  and processing times depend on the items in your order. The type of
  product(s) you ordered will determine how long it takes to ship. For
  example, all Personal & Home Care products will ship same or next
  business day.
• All Palmistry (Palm Woven Handicrafts) custom-made personalized order
  typically takes 7-15 business days to ship.
• If your order contains multiple items we will send you each item as it’s
  ready, so you may receive multiple packages at different times.

2. Where can I find my tracking number?

• Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation mail with
  details of your order. The mail will have link to check the status of your
  order. Click on the link and will take you to a Join us or Sign in page.
  Enter your E-Mail credentials used for shopping and click on Get Sign in
  Link. Once you receive the reconfirmation link on your mailbox click the
  link and automatically an account is created for you. Once the account is
  created, you can check the status of your order on our site.

3. What is the lead time for delivery across India?

• Typically orders are delivered in –
  ◦ Bangalore : 2-3 working days
  ◦ South India : 3-4 working days
  ◦ Rest of India : 3-6 working days
  ◦ Special Zones : 6-8 working days

4. Are there cities that are not serviced?

• We cover approx 17,000 Pin-Codes in India. Non serviceability arises due
  to current situation in respective Pin-Codes (Natural Calamity,
  Humanitarian Crisis, Civil Unrest, etc. Please check with us before you
  order if your location is facing any of the above.

1. How do I create my account on the site?

• You can create an account by clicking on the My Account tab on our
  webpage. The tab will take you to a Join us or Sign in page. Please enter
  your E-Mail ID and follow the instruction to create your account.

2. What benefits do I get as an account holder?

• Once you create an account with us, you will be able to view your order
  history, status of each order, your cart, favourite items, checkout faster,
  and qualify as privileged customer as you recurrently shop. As a
  privileged customer get discounts up to 10% on all your orders. Call us

• We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, net banking & UPI
  payment. We have 3 gateways to complete your transaction –
  ◦ Stripe Payment – Credit & Debit Cards
  ◦ PayU – Credit, Debit Cards & Netbanking

2. Do you accept COD?

• We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) on any of products.
